Planning a Disney vacation is thrilling but with so many options, it can also feel like trying to solve a riddle while juggling Mickey-shaped pretzels. That’s where I come in. As your Disney Magic Specialist, I bring years of hands-on experience, deep park knowledge, and a heart for helping families, couples, and groups create unforgettable memories.

I am Certified with the Disney College of Knowledge giving me the title of Specializing in Disney. (There are not disney Travel Agents per Disney).

I’ve personally traveled to Disney with my own family, coordinated group trips, led large multi-generational groups, planned adults-only getaways, and even designed magical honeymoons. Many of these for accessible, sensory, and dietary needs clients. I know what works and what doesn’t because I’ve lived it.

Here’s how we’ll work together to make your Disney vacation magical, personalized, and perfectly YOU.

Step 1: First Contact

Once you reach out, I’ll send you a personalized intake form. This helps me get to know your travel style, preferences, must-haves, and any special considerations whether that’s stroller access, gluten-free dining, or making sure Grandma gets a room close to the action.

Then we’ll hop on a phone or Zoom call to connect. I love this part it’s where we build that bond and start dreaming together. I’ll ask questions, share ideas, and start sketching out what your perfect Disney vacation could look like.

Service Fee

There are no fees for my services when you book with me. If you choose not to book with me there is a $50 planning fee to cover the hours of work I have into the Itineraries.

Step 2: Crafting Your Dream

After our chat, I’ll research and prepare three custom quotes that match your vision and budget. I don’t do “cheap” I do best-fit. That means:

  • For typical families, I look at resort location, park access, pool fun, and character dining. I’ll help you plan two full days at Magic Kingdom, a relaxed animal-loving day at Animal Kingdom, a fun filled day at Hollywood Studios, and a half-day at Epcot if you’ve got littles who tire out early.

  • For groups, I consider room configurations, transportation logistics, and shared experiences. I’ve planned high school trips with park strategies that keep everyone engaged and safe.

  • For adults-only travelers, I highlight romantic dining, spa options, and evening entertainment plus my favorite spots in Epcot’s World Showcase for sipping and strolling.

  • For honeymooners, I curate dreamy itineraries with fireworks views, private tours, and magical moments that feel like a fairytale.

  • For those with accessible, dietary, or sensory needs, I dig deep into resort layouts, allergy-friendly menus, quiet spaces, and ride accommodations. I know where the sensory-friendly zones are, which restaurants truly accommodate allergies, and how to make every guest feel seen and supported.

Every quote reflects your priorities whether that’s a view of Cinderella Castle, proximity to the Skyliner, or a room with roll-in showers.

Step 3: Review & Refine

You’ll look over the quotes and choose the one that feels right. Then we tweak it. Maybe we swap resorts, add a park hopper, or adjust the dates. Once it’s perfect, you approve the itinerary and place your deposit.

From there, the magic begins.

Step 4: Countdown to Magic

Once you’re booked, I start sending custom emails to get you Disney-ready. These include:

  • Park overviews (like why Magic Kingdom deserves two full days—it’s that big!)

  • Tips for navigating Epcot with kids (half days work great!)

  • How to enjoy Animal Kingdom as a relaxed, animal-loving day

  • Highlights of Hollywood Studios, from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to Disney Junior Dance Party

  • My personal love for Toy Story Land, don’t miss the lunchbox!

We’ll talk throughout the months leading up to your trip. You’ll make payments through my app every few weeks, and I’ll keep you on track with reminders and updates.

Step 5: Dining, Entertainment & More

I help you book dining reservations, suggest entertainment options, and even recommend off-site fun if you want to explore beyond the parks.

  • For families, I’ll guide you to character meals, fireworks viewing spots, and stroller-friendly routes.

  • For groups, I coordinate shared meals, Genie+ strategies, and downtime.

  • For adults, I suggest lounges, late-night shows, and romantic dining.

  • For those with special needs, I help with mobile ordering, sensory-friendly shows, and quiet zones like the Baby Care Centers.

Step 6: Travel Time ........ You’re Not Alone

While you’re traveling, I’m on call 24/7. If something goes wrong , you get overwhelmed, want something added on, or you just need a pep talk I’m here. I’m your backup, your advocate, and your biggest cheerleader.

I truly believe Disney vacations help families reconnect, laugh together, and make memories that last a lifetime. My job is to handle the logistics so you can focus on the magic.

Final Thoughts

Working with me means having a partner who knows Disney inside and out and who cares deeply about your experience. I bring the planning expertise, the park knowledge, and the heart. You bring the dream.

Let’s make it happen.
